REBOOT WELLNESS BOOT CAMP
ReBoot is a transformational, six-day wellness boot camp designed to reset and restart your body, resulting in significant changes in both body and behaviors related to nutrition, movement and wellness.
Led by a group of NEXUS Wellness Collective fitness and wellness experts, ReBoot brings together a small group of clients for the week-long program that combines concentrated and intense exercise and movement, yoga and stretching and intentional food and nutrition instruction. Designed to change one’s habits and ultimately change a way of life for the better, ReBoot participants can expect to lose between 6 to 10 pounds during the week of the program.
